V3 expands the physical and economic possibilities of HŒMË — creating more places to build, more work for citizens, more productive uses for resources and more ways for government investment to shape what the nation becomes.
Beta V2 made the nation come alive. V3 is what happens next: the nation is alive, and now it needs somewhere to go.
V3 is in active development. This article is the working record of that chapter, and it will grow as systems are completed and confirmed.
Build
More ways to shape the nation.
V3 widens what a governor is able to place, develop and expand across the land they hold.
Development becomes less about filling a checklist and more about deciding what kind of country this is going to be. Confirmed additions will be documented here as they are completed.
Employ
More places for citizens to work.
A growing nation needs somewhere for its people to go each day.
V3 broadens participation in the economy — more roles for citizens to fill, and a clearer relationship between what the nation builds and the work that becomes available because of it.
Produce
Resources move through the nation.
Resources increasingly move through connected production systems rather than existing as isolated numbers.
What is grown, extracted or made is intended to travel somewhere, be used by something and matter to a system further down the chain.
Connect
Systems that depend on one another.
Infrastructure, industry, trade and national systems increasingly depend upon one another.
As those dependencies deepen, decisions carry further. A change made in one part of the nation is felt in places the governor did not directly touch.
Invest
National capital becomes a tool.
National capital becomes something the player can actively deploy into development rather than simply preserve.
The treasury stops being a score to protect and becomes a means of deciding what the nation builds next, and how quickly.
Grow
Expansion has consequences.
Expansion creates new opportunities, pressures and consequences for the nation.
A larger country is not automatically a stronger one. Growth brings demand with it, and V3 is intended to make that trade honest rather than hidden.
